1. Online Booking - Clients have access to my calendar, their upcoming appointments, and every possible scheduling request at the booking page!
- Scheduling requests
Make, move and cancel appointments, ONLINE, with just a few clicks, 24 hours a day. The online booking system can handle EVERYTHING!!!
- Canceling appointments
I allow my clients to cancel any time. AND, I don't charge missed appointment fees. I do ask that you cancel when you receive one of the two appointment confirmation texts. That allows clients who are booking online or those on the wait-list an opportunity to fill the appointment and I meet my year end salary goals so, EVERYONE WINS!
- Waitlist
I'm booked? No problem! Get on the waitlist for that date and the software will AUTOMATICALLY text you when someone cancels! It works more often than you think with my flexible cancellation policy, and the waitlist helps keep a no-missed-appointment-fee policy in place.
2. Payments

I only work with clients who can bring CASH, pay me with VENMO, or keep a credit card ON FILE. This allows a fast checkout and rebooking process at the chair. Again, you will never receive an unauthorized charge from me.
3. Missed appointments

After 1 NO CALL/NO SHOW, I will refer you to other barbers or ask that you pay a 100% missed appointment fee moving forward.
One missed appointment daily, can cost me almost $9,000 at the end of the year. That's 5 house payments, and I only work 3 days a week!
