To my valued clients,

 I appreciate each and every one of you, I've had an amazing career and have had the opportunity to meet and work with many interesting individuals. The time has come to advance my career and make some necessary adjustments to streamline operations behind the chair. This is an effort to reduce stress, create a smoother and efficient scheduling process, increase calendar availability and to take the opportunity to develop professionally.

The following changes will take place November 1

• Scheduled price increase to $55

Those not currently at the price reflected on the website will be stepped up to $55 over a 6 month period.

• All scheduling needs will be met online.

The online booking platform is a direct link to my calendar and allows for all scheduling needs to be met while eliminating the need for phone calls and texts. 

• Book new appointments
• Canceling appointments - I need customers to know how to do this online. 24 hour notice with a 50% fee for missed appointments.
• Moving or rescheduling appointments
• Waitlist - No appointments available? Pick a day, get on the waitlist and receive a text when cancellations happen!

I will walk you through the online options at your next appointment!

• Payment

I am eliminating the checkout process and the front desk. My software allows a smooth check out process if you would like to keep a credit card on file. For those that do not want to keep a credit card on file, I accept Venmo or cash as well.

I will be implementing a price increase policy that reflects inflation, my position in the industry as well as my goals for professional development and advancing my career.

I appreciate that this may not work for some individuals and want to continue to support you with alternatives. I recommend the following stylists and barbers for their price and expertise.
