Eunoia Barber Collective Client Policies

These policies ensure every client receives the exceptional service, availability, and seamless experience that Eunoia Barber Collective is known for. They’re designed to keep things running smoothly while giving you full access and control over your grooming experience.
By booking with me, you agree to the following:

1. Managing Your Appointments at Eunoia Barber Collective
✔️ Eunoia Barber Collective is a 100% online booking experience. By engaging with Eunoia, you agree to schedule, reschedule, cancel, and use the waitlist according to the following policies.
✔️ All clients agree to manage their appointments using the online booking tool at www.myladuebarber.com.
✔️ All clients book the 45-minute haircut appointment unless you have formally agreed with Tom that you fit into a 30 minute appointment.
✔️ This tool gives you 24/7 access to book, move, or cancel appointments with ease. It was designed to handle any appointment request a client may have—in just a few clicks, any time of day.
✔️ It’s faster than waiting on a text response, and it ensures the smoothest, most accurate scheduling experience possible.
✔️ An AI assistant is coming soon to help automate booking, remember your preferences, and enhance your overall experience.
✔️ You may book your next appointment before leaving the chair, but any changes after that must be made online according to policy.
✔️ The scheduling tool also allows you to join a waitlist if your preferred date or time is full—if an opening pops up, you’ll receive a real-time text notification.

Save it to your phone’s home screen (just like an app!)
Or download the Vagaro app and log in through your profile. We prefer clients use the website. This keeps you connected to the blog, podcast, policies/help section, updates to the business, and the Eunoia community.
📅 Manage Your Client Profile:
From your profile, you can:
Change your name, contact info, or birthdate
Update notification settings
Add family and friends to manage their appointments too
Update payment methods
Purchase gift certificates

2. Appointment Changes, Cancellations & No-Shows
✔️ You can move or cancel appointments online anytime—day or night.
✔️ All appointment changes must be made at least 12 hours in advance.
Cancellations within 12 hours are charged 50% of the service price.
No-shows are charged 100% of the service price. On-call public servants/medical professionals are the only exception.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will forfeit the appointment and be charged a 50% fee.
💡 Why This Policy Exists:
When appointments are honored or cancelled early, everyone wins. It keeps availability open for others, helps the day run smoothly, and gives you access to a more reliable and consistent experience. These policies are in place to ensure fairness, flexibility, and elevated service for every client, every time.

3. Payments & Checkout
✔️ A card on file is required to book. This ensures a fast, seamless checkout after your service.
✔️ You’ll never receive an unauthorized charge, and you’re always welcome to pay using cash (always preferred!), Venmo, or any major NFC payment method.
✔️ Need to check out later? I can also send an email invoice so you can pay on your time.

4. Customer Support & Assistance
✔️ If you need help with the online booking tool, an emergency cancellation, or a question about your profile—it’s best to call.
✔️ Myself or Ada (my operations manager) will be happy to assist you during business hours.

5. The Thomas Michael Experience
